Still at home...
Dec. 31st, 2007 11:21 amWell, I am still at home battling the Pneumonia. To be indelicate, I really felt bad until this morning about 5, when I coughed up something, then I could breathe easier. However, I am still checking back in with the doctor today, as I am still running a low-grade fever at night. I do feel somewhat better this morning but I can tell my breathing is not where it should be.
Christmas was... fun, but expensive. We received from Santa Guitar Hero III for the Wii. Very addictive game. I also got Rayman Raving Rabbids 2, which is just as good as the first. The boys got PSPs from Santa and various games. Geoff got me my new pink laptop and a few books from the Met Museum on China. He also got me a Dooney and Burke Purse and wallet. I got him a TomTom GPS and a weather display that gets info off of radio waves, and automatically updates everyday and show today and the next 6 days. The display changes color every 10 degrees.
My Mom and Dad got us a new kitchen table and chairs. They are pub height, so the chairs can be used at the table or at the breakfast bar.
We also bought new dining room furniture and new master bedroom furniture. They will be delivered in January, and I cannot wait!
And I am sitting here watching the Planet of the Apes marathon on AMC, because there's not much else to do. I know we'll be missing out on the big NYE party tonight, but since I am not feeling well, that's okay with me.
